The Oyo State Government led by Gov. Seyi Makonde has revealed that the popular Shopping Complex in Agbowo has been leased to Messrs Whitestone Global Limited, with mandate to convert it to a commercial Real Estate and a 4 Star Hotel.
He made this statement via his Official Twitter handle. It reads;
This afternoon, we symbolically handed over Agbowo Shopping Complex on a long lease concession to Messrs Whitestone Global Ltd for N4.9 Billion. Their mandate is to convert this moribund structure into premium commercial real estate and a 4-star hotel.
