JAC congress of SSANU and NASU UI Branch embarks on Industrial action to demand for the rights of the workers, The strike began on Thursday 13th of February and continued today. The strike has led to the closure of all main entrance into the University premises.
In a press statement released by the Secretary, the Unions advised their members to avoid any action or inaction capable of undermining their struggle and rights.
“ this is to warn all members of staff to avoid any action or inaction capable of undermining our struggle. Take this as a serious warning to avoid the wrath of the oppressed workers. “
