Abass Adeyemi, popularly known as Abassment, was pronounced dead on the 16th of September, 2018, after battling a sickle cell crises.
Abass Adeyemi was a 300level Micro-biology student and an honourable in the Lord tedder hall, University of Ibadan. He was a comedian, an M.C, a popular trailer jam presenter at Jaw War who goes with the stage name ‘Abassment’.
However, Uites are worried at the rate of death already recorded this year, mostly ones of sickle cellers. It should be remembered that early this year was the case of Adepeju Folarin, an 100level Theatre Art student, and Abosede, an Idiate who also lost her life last year under the scourge of this sickle cell crises.
