Distance Learning Centre, University Of Ibadan set to hold her 2017/2018 Matriculation & Orientation Programme on the 16th - 18th of May 2018.
In a press statement received via Unibadan Efiwe's mail, the Matriculation ceremony for all newly admitted students would hold at the Trenchard Hall, University of Ibadan at 10am on the 16th of May, 2018. Read full press statement below;
INVITATION TO THE 2017/18 MATRICULATION & ORIENTATION
It is my pleasure to invite you to the 2017/18 Matriculation Ceremony and Orientation Programme of the Distance Learning Centre, University of Ibadan.
The programmes are scheduled to hold as follows:
Matriculation Ceremony
Date:Wednesday, 16 May, 2018
Time:10:00 a.m.
Venue: Trenchard Hall, University of Ibadan, Ibadan.
Orientation Programme
Dates: Thursday, 17 & Friday, 18 May, 2018
Time: 9 a.m. daily
Venue: PIFA Hall, Distance Learning Centre-CBT, UI-Extension, along Ajibode-Sasa Road, Ibadan
All matriculating students are expected and strongly advised to attend all the sessions of the programme as the attendance would expose them to the needed and necessary information that will assist their understanding of the programme.
The academic gown for the matriculation Ceremony will be available between Monday, 14 and Wednesday, 17 May, 2018 at the Distance Learning Centre-CBT, UI-Extension, along Ajibode-Sasa Road, Ibadan.
You are to deposit a refundable sum of five hundred naira (500) at the point of collecting the gown; the deposit will be refunded when the gown is returned latest 48 hours after the matriculation ceremony.
It should be noted that all admitted candidates are to have paid all fees before the ceremony.In addition, the admitted candidate need to have been screened and cleared by the Admissions Office.
The Clearance Exercise is still on going at the Admissions Office, Distance Learning Centre, Morohundiya Office Complex, along Ibadan-Oyo Road, Ibadan.
