EFIWE NEWS: 8 Years Lymphoma, 703 Others Operated Free Of Charge By OSF Medical Mission in Ibadan | Viewers Discretion Advised


In continuation of one of his core areas of support to humanity, Olatoye Sugar Foundation's free health mission has just concluded the surgical operation of one Mr Wasiu Sakariyau from Olomi-Academy in Ona-Ara Local Government Area of Oyo State over the weekend.

Mr Wasiu was full of thanks to Almighty God for using the foundation to come to his rescue after 8 years of suffering from the dreadful ailment.

He later prayed for continual sustenance of Olatoye Sugar Foundation and outstanding success of the founder of OSF, Hon (Dr) Olatoye Temitope Sugar in all his endeavours.

Also, over 700 other patients were treated free of charge covering medical operations of hernia, fibroid, cataract, lump etc. Drugs worth millions of naira were as well dispensed freely to people suffering from diabetes, hypertension, typhoid, malaria and other ailments having been earlier diagnosed by the medical team.

While commending Hon Olatoye Temitope Sugar’s gesture to provide medications for the patients who could not afford the prescribed drugs, the chief optician, Olatoye Sugar Free Healthcare, Dr. Bayala explained that most of these patients are unemployed, aged, nursing mothers, youths, widows and downtrodden people in the society.

The patients in their responses thanked the founder of OSF who is also a lawmaker representing Lagelu-Akinyele Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon. Olatoye Temiope Sugar for having so much interest in the well-being of ordinary citizens and transforming their lives through many masses-oriented programmes.

They described Hon Olatoye Sugar as God’s sent to this generation and prayed that God will take him to higher position in Oyo state and Nigeria at large to do more for the masses.
