Students and residents of Agbowo local government has reacted to the picture of a popular Mad man (government property).
It all started when Dara @daraokannlawon took a close snapshot of the mad man and posted it on his gram page with caption;
They said when we see them, we should not call them mad people, but "Government Property."
Some months ago, a woman who sells food stuffs at Agbowo told me that this man lost his senses years back and I confirmed it the day he chased me like a "stubborn goat". I ran like a Christmas Chicken because he wanted to slap me! "Government Property" will slap me? God forbid!
I have never seen an insane person smoke. This man smokes! And I asked myself, is this man not a threat to sane people? I mean, who would have arrested him if he had slapped me and beaten me to death? Who? The policemen? Soldier? Obviously, no one would have arrested him.
SerI think our government should find a place to keep these people. After all, they are "Government Property."
