The management of University of Ibadan has rusticated 23 students and expelled 6 for various offences ranging from Gross misconduct to Examination misconduct.
According to a special release by the University dated April 24, 2017, which was made available to our correspondent on Tuesday, no fewer than 23 students of the university were given between 1 to 4 semesters rustication.
Six other students of the institution were out rightly expelled.
The release revealed that the decision was taken at the Central Student Disciplinary Committee (CSDC) meeting held on Monday and Tuesday, 6 & 7 March, 2017.
3 students were reprimanded while eleven students were discharged and acquitted by the committee.
