07:12pm- Chelsea have agreed a fee with Paris Saint-Germain to re-sign David Luiz with the defender arriving in London on Wednesday evening ahead of his shock move.
07:17pm- Jack Wilshere arrived at Bournemouth on Wednesday evening ahead of a season-long loan after rejecting Roma, AC Milan, and Crystal Palace, according to Sky sources.
The 24-year-old appeared to have a straight choice on Tuesday between Crystal Palace and Bournemouth with his representatives meeting Palace boss Alan Pardew and Cherries manager Eddie Howe.
07:22pm- Tottenham have completed the signing of attacking midfielder Georges-Kevin N’Koudou from Marseille.
The 21-year-old has signed a contract which runs until 2021, while Spurs have sent Clinton N’Jie to Marseille on a season-long loan deal.
The deal for N’Koudou has been in the pipeline for a while and the playerhas been training with Spurs for the last week.
07:36pm- Werder Bremen have completed the signing of Serge Gnabry from Arsenal for an undisclosed fee which Sky sources understand is £8m.
The 21-year-old passed his medical on Wednesday morning after being released by Germany’s U21s to agree personal terms.
“I’m looking forward to my time in Bremen,” Gnabry told the Bundesliga club’s website.
07:40pm- Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado has joined Juventus on a three-year loan deal until 2019, the Italian club have confirmed.
Cuadrado, who spent last year on loan in Turin, will now spend the next three seasons in Italy on a contract heavily based on incentives.
The loan deal involves a fee of €5m (£4.2m) and includes the option to purchase Cuadrado permanently for €25m (£21.2) should certain appearances and results be met during the loan period of three years.
07:49pm- Tottenham on Wednesday completed the protracted signing of Georges-Kevin N’Koudou from Marseille on a five-year deal.
The winger has reportedly been training at Hotspur Way for over a week as both clubs negotiated a fee including Clinton N’Jie’s to the Ligue 1 outfit on loan in return.
N’Koudou appeared to confirm the move on Twitter on Tuesday night and now Spurs have announced their third summer signing.
08:00pm- Chelsea have signed defender Marcos Alonso from Fiorentina.
Alonso has joined Antonio Conte’s side on a five-year contract for a fee Sky sources believe to be £24m.
Alonso told Chelsea’s club website: “I’m very happy. It’s a step up in my career and I think this is the perfect place for me to continue developing. It’s time for me to win some titles.
08:03pm- Everton are in talks with Newcastle to sign Moussa Sissoko, according to Sky sources.
Newcastle want £30m for the France midfielder and they are willing to accept payment in five instalments of £6m.
Sissoko was given permission to leave the French national team headquarters near Paris on Wednesday morning as the possibility of a move to Tottenham emerged.
08:19pm- Sunderland have signed Gabon international midfielder Didier Ndong from Lorient for £13.6m (16m euros)
The 22-year-old has signed a five-year deal at the Stadium of Light after 18 months at the French club.
The fee is the highest Sunderland have paid up front for a player.
“I am excited to meet everyone at the club, to see the stadium and of course the fans, who I have heard so many good things about. Today is the most beautiful day of my life,” he said.
“Maybe the Sunderland fans don’t know me yet, but I promise they will quickly discover that I will give everything for them and the club.”
08:30pm- Mario Balotelli Joins Nice on a Free Transfer!!!!
It is understood the Italy striker spent most of Tuesday on the south coast of France trying to conclude a permanent move away from Anfield.
Palermo previously expressed an interest in Balotelli, who has not played for Liverpool since April 2015, but could not conclude a deal and the player has had limited options throughout the summer.
08:36pm- Jack Wilshere has signed for Bournemouth on a season-long loan deal!!!!
Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe beat off competition from Crystal Palace and Roma in a major coup for the South Coast club.
Bournemouth paid a £2million loan fee, are paying all of Wilshere’s wages and that helped them give an edge over Palace in negotiations.
But Howe also convinced Wilshere that his footballing style would suit him and his best pal, former Arsenal youth team mate Benik Afobe, is already at Bournemouth.
Arsenal sanctioned a loan move for Wilshere to help get him more regular games to help him kick start his career after injuries held him back.
08:50pm- Nigeria U-23 striker Umar Sadiq has joined Serie A side Bologna on a season-long loan from AS Roma, the Rossoblu announced on their official website!!
The 19-year-old was part of Nigeria’s squad that won bronze at the men’s football event of the Rio 2016 Olympics, scoring four goals in six appearances.
“Bologna FC 1909 announces that it has acquired Sadiq Umar on loan from AS Roma until June 30 2017 with an option for a further year,” the club wrote on its website.

Hull City complete the signing of Manchester United midfielder James Weir for an undisclosed fee.
The 21-year-old has signed a three-year deal at the KCOM Stadium.

“We understand that Tottenham have matched Everton’s £30million bid for Moussa Sissoko but time is running out before the 11pm deadline when the Premier League need that deal sheet, and that must include the player’s signature on it. They then have two hours to get the deal done.
“We also understand Moussa Sissoko does prefer Tottenham.”
