Reports claims Student Representative Council Elections which was held today has been postponed till Next Week Saturday as Chaos occurs in the SRC Chambers.
According to our correspondent, She said "The SRC Elections was postponed because there was a misunderstanding among the Honourables."
In Her Words, She said "Some guys stood outside the SRC Chambers and locked the Honourables indoor, telling them to conduct the Elections.
They postponed it to next week Saturday and Some of them shouted that they wont show up"
According to One of the Honourables representing the Great Independence Hall Constituency, He said "Yes there was and almost resulted into something bad. Thank God for the intervention of University Securities (Abefele) whose sound made the whole thing subsided. In fact, we were locked inside insitiing that the remaining Election must hold today"
As it stands, Rt. Hon. Onifade Bello has emerged as the SRC Speaker of the 6th Assembly while Other important positions like Deputy-Speaker, Cheif-whip and Clerk Of the House has not been announced.
