Just few days ago, the outgoing students` Union Executives for 2015/2016 academic session ably led by Com. Emmanuel Ojo Nifemi announced the plan to launch the newly rebranded Premier Aluta 1 bus after it had gone into oblivion for a period of aeon due to some mechanical issues.


In a similar vein, the Outgoing students` Union Executives has unveiled another project which is to be tagged "Operation keep UI clean" project, this is to be accompanied by launching the drums for dropping refuse and waste disposal, thus this project therefore is aimed at keeping the University community clean and free from dirt.





The waste drums which bears a bold inscription of "donated by students` Union 2015/2016 project work scheme" is to be placed at various strategic points in the University community.

Furthermore, the outgoing students` Union Executives led by Com. Ojo Oluwanifemi Emmanuel has assured Uites of the launching of another project work, which is the reading room project at the Students` Union Building which is aimed at ensuring students have a comfortable avenue to read and as thus boost their academic excellence.

The reading room project therefore is on the verge of construction, as there are plans to construct further another reading room at the Students' Union Building which will link up with the first one, it was delayed due to approval process.
