EFIWE NEWS: Students Of Federal College Of Agriculture, Ibadan Stage A Peaceful Protest | See Reasons!

Earlier today, Students of the Federal College Of Agriculture, Moor Plantation, Apata Ibadan staged a peaceful protest to fight against the prescription of drugs for purchase outside the school's medical centre.

The protest led by Comrade Ajayi Paul Akolade (SUG President) was aimed at making the school authority know that students of the college are not comfortable with the way ill students are treated at the medical centre.

After paying a huge sum of money as "medical fees" at the beginning of every session, the students still get prescriptions to purchase drugs with their pocket money when they are ill.

The protest led to the close of academic activities today but the Provost wasn't around to hear the outcry so, the protest probably continues after Easter celebration if the issue on ground isn't attended to.
