A lady, who came to worship at Action Chapel was caught on CCTV Camera as She stole a handbag which belongs to a fellow worshipper.
Twitter user, @biocha_blanca shared the footage from CCTV camera as an anonymous lady was caught walking away after stealing her friend's handbag and captioned it:
