Residents complain about black dust falling from the sky in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
According to a picture posted by @instablog9ja on IG few seconds ago, A resident of Port-Harcourt snapped a picture of his hand full of the black dust and that of his white dog who has turned black and captioned it:
"There's a black dust falling fron the sky on Port-harcourt, please help us reach out to the government as we do not know If its toxic or not. My dog is white but it has almost turn black"
