The 6th Assembly, Students' Representative Council, University of Ibadan in its sitting of Saturday, 27 August 2016 passed a resolution directing the Students' Union Executives to collect rent for Office spaces leased out to Student Clubs.
This directive may not be unconnected to the paucity of funds in the coffers of the Union purse.
Societies that fall under this category are UCJ UI, ANUNSA UI, AIESEC UI and JCI UI.
